Client Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Beacon Pointe Advisors. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, investment professionals, and other members of the service support team.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between clients, investment professionals, and other team members to provide personalized service.
- Research and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in client meetings and present on relevant service engagements.
- Partner with clients, wealth advisors, and central operations teams to establish new accounts and onboard new clients.
- Assist with relationship onboarding tasks, including account setup and welcome calls.
- Request, execute, and confirm account maintenance tasks, such as deposits, cash disbursements, and performance reporting.
- Maintain and update client files using internal systems, including Salesforce CRM and Tamarac portfolio management databases.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with advisor and operations leadership teams on projects and initiatives.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Tamarac and Salesforce is a plus.
