Position Overview:

The Client Services Associate plays a vital role in enhancing member satisfaction and achieving organizational objectives by recognizing and addressing members' financial needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with both new and existing members to identify their financial requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educate members on the full range of products and services offered, facilitating cross-selling opportunities and making qualified referrals to meet sales targets.
  • Process new memberships, accounts, and loans in accordance with established protocols, while also providing Notary Public services.
  • Utilize lending authority to evaluate loan requests, ensuring all conditions are satisfied and documentation is accurate prior to loan closings.
  • Efficiently handle teller transactions, assist with end-of-day balancing, and manage Instant Issuance and ATM balancing tasks.
  • Conduct thorough audits of membership applications, account maintenance forms, and completed loan files to ensure compliance.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, focusing on security compliance and minimizing risks associated with fraud and losses.
  • May provide support in various areas, including other branches or support departments as needed.
  • Continuously seek and propose ideas for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in technical skills such as Word, Excel, and Email is essential. Bilingual abilities are considered a plus.
