Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing members to identify their financial requirements.
  • Educate members on various products and services, facilitating cross-selling opportunities and making qualified referrals to meet sales targets.
  • Process new memberships, accounts, and loans in accordance with established protocols, ensuring a seamless experience for members.
  • Conduct loan closings by verifying documentation and ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
  • Accurately execute teller transactions and assist with daily balancing tasks.
  • Perform audits on membership applications and loan files to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, particularly those related to security and risk management.
  • Provide support in various areas as needed, including other branches and departments.
  • Continuously seek and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in technical skills such as Word and Excel is required, and bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
