The Member Service Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and achieving the organizational objectives of Digital FCU. This position is dedicated to understanding and fulfilling the financial needs of our members while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing members to identify their financial requirements.
- Educate members on various products and services, facilitating cross-selling opportunities and making qualified referrals to meet sales targets.
- Process new memberships, accounts, and loans in accordance with established protocols, ensuring a seamless experience for members.
- Conduct loan closings by verifying documentation and ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
- Accurately execute teller transactions and assist with daily balancing tasks.
- Perform audits on membership applications and loan files to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, particularly those related to security and risk management.
- Provide support in various areas as needed, including other branches and departments.
- Continuously seek and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in technical skills such as Word and Excel is required, and bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
