We are currently seeking a Trust Operations Outsourcing Specialist for our subsidiary, Infovisa Wealth Services, LLC. This division specializes in delivering back-office trust accounting services to financial institutions that choose to outsource their operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to learning various job roles and possess the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. A solid work ethic, accountability, and a drive for quality performance are essential for contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Position Summary: The Trust Operations Outsourcing Specialist is responsible for executing vital securities-related tasks for banks that are managed by Infovisa Wealth Services. Key responsibilities include confirming and settling trades on a daily basis, posting income to accounts, processing corporate actions, and performing other related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute trades for all types of securities in accordance with client directives and custody vendor reports.
  • Accurately record income to trust accounts upon notification from the custody vendor regarding received funds.
  • Conduct reconciliations of client cash and securities custodial accounts at various intervals.
  • Establish and maintain securities within the MAUI trust accounting system.
  • Assist in the creation and revision of procedures to enhance accuracy, usability, and efficiency.
  • Provide timely and precise information to outsourced banks.
  • Record recurring cash transactions as directed by the outsourcing bank.
  • Communicate wire and settlement amounts to the respective outsourced bank.
  • Download, import, and export data for various third parties on behalf of the outsourced bank.
  • Monitor securities for pricing discrepancies and communicate as necessary to the outsourced bank.
  • Prepare fee-related reports for the outsourced bank and update fees as instructed.
  • Develop and maintain reports within the MAUI trust accounting system for use by Infovisa Wealth Services staff and outsourced banks.
  • Meet service level agreement (SLA) requirements for all tasks across multiple outsourced banks.
  • Assist in training new personnel at Infovisa Wealth Services and the outsourced banks.
  • Cross-train and provide backup support for all company duties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • CSOP designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in trust operations or securities operations.
  • A four-year degree with a focus on business is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is crucial for this role. Overtime may be required periodically.
