Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Promote a highly satisfied customer experience by ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including cash handling, inventory management, and store appearance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with Associates, management, and customers to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work as a team member, and ability to lift heavy merchandise.
