Position Summary:
The Customer Success Associate plays a pivotal role in managing initial relationships with all clients of Infovisa. This position is primarily focused on delivering first-level support to clients, which encompasses troubleshooting various operational issues and providing training to client personnel on software functionality and usage. Additionally, the Customer Success Associate engages in routine product testing to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all Infovisa clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Infovisa's product offerings.
- Deliver comprehensive support to clients by addressing inquiries through multiple channels.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for both new and existing clients, both online and in-person.
- Achieve a high level of proficiency in the products and services offered by Infovisa.
- Clearly communicate system functionalities and business processes to clients and team members.
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues promptly using various methodologies.
- Create and maintain user documentation for both clients and internal teams.
- Assist in quality assurance testing for all Infovisa products.
- Effectively communicate client feedback to product development teams.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates to leadership.
- Facilitate internal training sessions with colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Three years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Trust Operations, Wealth Management, or related investment experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
