This role involves leading a diverse team of managers, project leaders, engineers, and support personnel within our office, reporting directly to the Regional Executive. You will be equipped with comprehensive technical resources to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture client relationships to strengthen ESP's footprint in the area.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and diversify our service offerings.
  • Drive the development of our opportunities pipeline through effective use of CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with various ESP departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Set and achieve financial performance and growth objectives.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery and consulting.
  • Oversee project contracts, invoices, and financial documentation.
  • Manage the overall performance of the office, including client engagement and technical oversight.
  • Promote a positive and enjoyable work environment.
  • Establish and maintain connections within the local market.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in NC or the ability to obtain it shortly after hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and loss prevention strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and relevant technical software.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check, adhering to company policies.
