Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the foodservice industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
