Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to maximize sales volume across individual product lines. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Foodservice Dealer Sales teams to develop tactical plans and achieve sales goals.
  • Interface with various internal teams, including manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, and Refrigeration administration, to position product lines for increased sales volumes.
  • Provide day-to-day product support, customer presentations, and manage promotional opportunities for the field sales organization.
  • Develop and articulate the value proposition and develop pricing strategies for key accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling and/or marketing products in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Superior time/project management ability with expertise in Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proven experience presenting complex concepts and value propositions to large groups.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales and marketing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information about products.
  • Food service industry experience and established key account relationships preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, and LTD insurance, 401k with company match, employee assistance, wellness, and 100% tuition reimbursement programs.

Location

This position is based in our headquarters location in Illinois, USA. Occasional travel may be required to visit factory and showroom locations.
