Job Summary

Cranemasters is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our business platform
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to close deals
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales efforts
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the rail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
