Position Overview: Heritage Bank is excited to offer a remarkable opportunity to join our organization. The selected candidate for the Wealth Management Consultant role will be responsible for managing and expanding an existing portfolio in the designated territory. This role entails advising clients in Wealth Management, Commercial, and Retail Banking on financial planning strategies and investment management, while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients in alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives. The goal is to meet or exceed revenue growth, profitability, and retention targets by acquiring new clients and enhancing services for existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and surpass key objectives in business development, client retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with new and existing clients to identify investment goals and align their profiles with suitable products and services.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' financial situations to formulate informed recommendations tailored to individual needs.
4. Build and maintain a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and perform annual administrative account reviews.
5. Establish trusted relationships and proactively generate referrals from clients and centers of influence, including various business lines within the Bank and external advisors.
6. Manage larger client relationships to contribute to profitable investment revenue and financial planning fees for the Bank.
7. Maintain an organized system for managing a pipeline and book of business, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
8. Stay informed about competitive products, practices, and market changes.
9. Provide ongoing training to relationship managers and retail bank staff as necessary.
10. Represent the Bank in the community through active participation in various local activities to maximize client engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of successful sales/client service experience in the financial services sector, with a strong background in retirement products and investment matters.
- Must possess excellent business development skills with a proven track record in prospecting and relationship building.
- Requires a resident state insurance license and non-resident licenses for all states where the Bank operates.
- Strong customer service delivery, sales, and relationship management skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and financial planning software.

Work Environment: The role may involve frequent use of computer screens and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Willingness to travel to various locations as needed is essential.
