Key Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain an effective referral program.
- Maintain precise records utilizing established sales systems.
- Conduct follow-up calls and customer care inquiries.
- Lead studio previews for potential members and fitness program participants.
- Welcome members and guests warmly to create a positive atmosphere.
Additionally, the Sales Associate will:
- Adhere to the daily cleaning checklist for the studio.
- Participate in 1-2 scheduled workouts weekly.
- Keep the lobby and front desk area organized and tidy.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Engage in follow-up activities with prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to member requests and concerns.
- Ensure proper onboarding of all clients through necessary forms and agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the Fitness Team to fulfill operational processes.
- Attend and engage in all relevant training programs.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Prior sales experience with a strong sales aptitude is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer software.
- Health and fitness enthusiasts are highly preferred.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
