Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to analyze data and generate reports to enhance telemarketing strategies.

As a Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads across various industries, capture essential client information, and assess their needs to tailor appropriate staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Required Qualifications
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH + SPANISH MANDATORY)
  • 2 years of experience in STAFFING sales with B2B engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to enhance and review telemarketing strategies.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
