Retail Sales Representatives at T-Mobile are the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and sell to customers, providing a seamless and personalized experience through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
- Build trust with customers by answering questions, educating, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Assess and recommend the right plan for customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date on T-Mobile's products and services, utilizing this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- A high-school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
