Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Executive Hotel Manager to lead our team toward unparalleled success. The Executive Hotel Manager will manage daily hotel operations and provide overall leadership to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hotel Operations Management
    • Manage daily hotel operations, including hotel budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, leading service initiatives, leading and managing balanced scorecard performance, implementing and complying with all company policies and standards, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, leading and developing the executive team, responding to guests' inquiries and resolving concerns, and hotel-wide meeting participation and facilitation.
  • Guest and Team Member Satisfaction
    • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction by monitoring and developing team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, to include providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and rewards.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, interview, and train team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Service Quality and Efficiency
    • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, and service and financial measurements.
  • Performance Improvement
    • Identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies.
  • Liaison
    • Serve as the primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • 2+ years of hotel Director of Ops, AGM, GM, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience managing $2.5M in revenue or greater at a focused service property.
    • Proven success in building a strong service culture and interpersonal skills.
    • Financial acumen, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Local market expertise.
    • Hilton or Marriott brand experience.
