Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Registration Specialist to join our team at Manheim Remarketing Inc. As a key member of our auction team, you will be responsible for the proper check-in and registration of customer vehicles for sale. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld computer or provide information via headset to a co-worker for data entry.
  • Affix barcode/stock number stickers on each vehicle received.
  • Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
  • Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone.
  • Report transport damage as needed.
  • Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt.
  • Provide proper sale identification windshield codes to drivers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic computer skills.

Work Environment: This role requires frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels. The hourly base pay rate is $14.42 - $21.63/hour, and the position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and/or an incentive program.
