Job Summary:

MedConsulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Liaison to join our team. As a Hospital Liaison, you will be responsible for facilitating patient admissions and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations to promote patient admissions and referrals.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and education strategies to increase awareness of MedConsulting's services and promote patient admissions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and organizations to coordinate safe transitions from medical facilities to MedConsulting's nursing home setting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure MedConsulting remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or admissions role in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
