As a key member of our Admissions and Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, hospital discharge planners, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospital discharge planners, and healthcare professionals to increase awareness of our services
  • Identify and facilitate educational opportunities to promote our programs and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key organizations, facilities, and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Serve as a liaison between patients/family members and the Admission team to turn inquiries into admissions and answer any questions they may have about our services
  • Plan and execute networking events to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver speaking engagements to introduce new patients/clients to our services and promote our programs
  • Follow up with pending potential clients and maintain relationships with Hospital teams, Insurance companies, and case management departments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of skilled nursing, hospital, or equivalent marketing experience
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Successful track record of teamwork and leadership driving business growth
  • Ability to review PRIs, check insurances, and coordinate with Admissions
