Business Development Director

Epsilon is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive transformative growth by leveraging expertise in MarTech and AdTech solutions within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This role will lead sales initiatives within a geographic or account-based territory, targeting key CPG enterprises to generate new business and close multiple high-value deals annually.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales initiatives within a geographic or account-based territory to drive revenue growth and establish Epsilon as a strategic partner in the CPG sector.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with decision-makers to position Epsilon's MarTech and AdTech solutions as innovative and effective in meeting the unique needs of CPG clients.
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that address specific challenges faced by CPG clients, highlighting the benefits of Epsilon's solutions.
- Apply strategic negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both Epsilon and its clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt to evolving market demands to maintain Epsilon's competitive edge and leadership in the MarTech and AdTech space.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing oneself as a leader in MarTech and AdTech, particularly within the CPG sector.
- Extensive experience managing geographic or account-based territories, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and close enterprise-level sales.
- Expertise in MarTech / AdTech, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with key CPG decision-makers and position Epsilon as a strategic partner.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored sales presentations that address the unique challenges and needs of CPG clients, effectively showcasing the benefits of Epsilon's solutions.
- Proficient in negotiation and contract closure, ensuring outcomes that are advantageous for both Epsilon and its clients.
- Adaptable and forward-thinking, with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt to changes in the market.
- A competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000, with bonus opportunities.
