About Latinos for Education:
We are a dynamic organization driven by our mission to empower education and advance the Hispanic community. As a key member of our team, the CEO Administrative Specialist will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our CEO.

Job Summary:
The CEO Administrative Specialist will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. This individual will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screen and prioritize communications and inquiries, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:
  • Prior administrative support experience with at least 5 to 7 years of experience supporting senior level executives.
  • Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize various requirements.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven capacity for maintaining discretion when handling sensitive material and exhibiting the highest level of responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with various stakeholders in writing and in-person.
  • Highly productive team player with the ability to work independently.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $73,950 - $100,050 per year.
