Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and professional communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments and procedures, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal disruptions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information, billing details, and other relevant data.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months of applicable work experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of office systems, including filing, copying, scanning, printing, and faxing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to type and enter data accurately and efficiently.
Working Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced office environment, requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with occasional flexible hours to accommodate changing priorities.
