Job Summary

Latinos for Education seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will possess excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing communications and inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the CEO's voice.
  • Collaborate closely with the COO and Executive Leadership Team to identify and monitor internal deadlines.
Requirements
  • Prior administrative support experience with at least 5-7 years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent time management abilities and capacity to prioritize various requirements.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience, estimated at $87,000 per annum. Latinos for Education offers a competitive industry rate salary band and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision healthcare plans, pre-tax Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and 401K with a 4% employer match.
