We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering a legendary customer experience while providing solutions and referrals for TD products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently execute appropriate behaviors to deliver a legendary customer experience in the store
- Conduct needs-based conversations and offer financial solutions to meet our customers' needs
- Makes quality referrals to appropriate partners
- Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics
- Responsible for making sound decisions and timely problem resolution
- Proactively reaches out to customers to deepen relationships through needs-based conversations
- Performs a broad range of tasks of varying complexity and scope
- Participates in opening and closing store procedures
- Opens accounts and related services
- Originates loan applications, prepares documents, and conducts loan closings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of related experience required
- Superior customer service skills
- Teller experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary license (preferred)
Hours: 20 hours
