Job Summary

The Contact Center Agent is a key role at Hussmann, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers or technicians, utilizing basic applications and resources to determine customer requirements and resolution.
  • Resolve internal and external customer issues via calls or email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Enter vital details related to service calls into the appropriate application, determining the priority of the service call and setting customer expectations.
  • Handle follow-up and escalation of service calls when applicable.
  • Monitor and dispatch service calls to technicians using the on-call application, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 year of customer engagement experience.
  • High school or GED.
  • Ability to work a third-shift schedule from 10:00pm-6:30am, with days off on Thursday and Friday.
