Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborates with Sales and customer operation teams to assess client requirements concerning the project, including quality, timeline, and budget considerations.

· May offer specialized assistance during the sales cycle, encompassing market research, design initiatives, and the development/installation of prototypes.

· Engages in client presentations and evaluations regarding project strategies and advancements.

· Formulates and executes a comprehensive plan to fulfill project goals while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

· Works in conjunction with other project team members and external resources to guarantee the attainment of project goals, including collaboration with Sales, Art, Finance, Purchasing, engineering, design firms, consultants, and installation teams.

· Provides support with design and engineering components as necessary, and aids in managing on-site construction and installation efforts.

· Oversees financial management for the account, assisting with pricing as needed. Develops estimates, budgets, and forecasts while reviewing and approving project-related expenses. Monitors and manages project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts, while maintaining inventory at optimal levels. Ensures timely billing and resolves any billing disputes to enhance cash flow.

· Maintains a thorough understanding of all project facets and regularly reports on project status.

· Proactively identifies and addresses potential challenges, troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during project execution.

· Coordinates with Purchasing to facilitate necessary sourcing and procurement activities to support the project. Participates in vendor selection and monitors vendor performance to ensure compliance with requirements.

· Recognizes future opportunities and contributes to achieving additional sales volume with the account.

· Provides assistance on other assignments and projects as needed.

· Adheres to all policies, procedures, and regulations of Pattison Sign Group.

· Delivers high-quality work consistently.

· Remains reliable and dependable in terms of punctuality and attendance during work hours.

Qualifications:

· AS or BS in business, engineering, or a construction-related discipline, or equivalent experience in construction project management or related fields.

· Proficient in personal computer applications (preferably Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software).

· Strong aptitude for utilizing (or willingness to learn) MACPAC or similar business systems (such as Goldmine, Site Management Workbench, or COPICS) EPICOR 10.

· Demonstrated customer service orientation; prior experience in customer service is advantageous, ideally within a manufacturing context.

· Business acumen, confidence, and a high degree of personal motivation and energy.

· Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with internal and external stakeholders.

· High level of personal motivation with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience:

· 2-4 years of professional experience in managing personnel or assets (preferably in construction-related purchasing or project management).

· Familiarity with customer service and installation processes, including forecasts, quotes, orders, installation, and billing.

· Strong project management capabilities (planning, organizing, monitoring, follow-up) with a proven ability to anticipate and resolve issues as they arise.

· Solid knowledge and skills in field activities and installation management.

· Understanding of the economics involved in profitable account management.

· Basic understanding of customer service roles and tools; proficient in fundamental project management; effective in troubleshooting and resolving complex installation challenges and procedural issues.

· Excellent communication skills, particularly in interactions with clients, and ability to coordinate with various internal teams to meet customer needs.

· Requires exceptional interpersonal and project management abilities.

· Capacity to learn new and diverse tasks.

· Ability to manage non-routine subcontractor issues and communications effectively.

· Skilled in maintaining consistent performance under pressure; capable of working with limited supervision.
