Position Summary

Alliance for Multispeciality Research, LLC is in search of a skilled Clinical Project Management Specialist to enhance our Project Management division. This role is pivotal in supporting the Project Management Team by aiding in the coordination and evaluation of extensive, intricate, multi-site clinical trials from initiation to conclusion.
As our organization expands rapidly and the complexity of multi-site studies increases, this position has become essential. You will act as a representative of Alliance for Multispeciality Research while collaborating directly with Sponsors, CROs, and site representatives.

The Clinical Project Management Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

- Assist in project management tasks for complex and/or multi-site trials across the organization.
- Contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of studies at the site level.
- Maintain direct communication with internal and external team members throughout the study lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare necessary materials, status updates, and data for meetings with stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities and key performance indicators, escalating issues to the Project Manager as needed.
- Analyze project/program progress to generate insights into performance metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery of project outputs and follow-up according to study requirements.
- Draft correspondence, including meeting minutes, for project teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Ensure that project deliverables align with sponsor expectations.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to assist with the follow-up of action items.
- Provide operational support as a liaison with external stakeholders.

Performance Metrics Development and Reporting

- Track key performance indicators across all assigned projects.
- Deliver timely and accurate KPI reports to the Project Manager.
- Utilize KPI analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research processes from initiation to closure.
  • Proactive with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable with technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to solve problems independently or collaboratively.
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing conflicting priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in presenting information and addressing inquiries from project teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management within a CRO or sponsor environment.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials and regulatory requirements (ICH, GCP, local laws).
  • Previous success in collaborating with Principal Investigators, research coordinators, CROs, vendors, and sponsors.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare Management, etc.) is preferred.
