ENTACT, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager (Superintendent) to oversee all on-site project operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental remediation and geotechnical construction, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all personnel comply with ENTACT safety standards and programs.
- Implement and maintain effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage a diverse team of craft employees, including equipment operators, laborers, subcontractors, and mechanics.
- Lead on-site meetings with project staff, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate daily field reports, schedule updates, and email correspondence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ENTACT management.
- Experience managing multiple aspects of large-scale environmental projects and services.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in project management software.
- HAZWOPER training is highly preferred, but not required.
The Field Project Manager (Superintendent) will be required to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with frequent exposure to varying weather conditions. The position will involve physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection.
Environmental and Atmospheric ConditionsThe Field Project Manager (Superintendent) will work in a variety of environmental conditions, including dusty and windy atmospheres, confined spaces, and contaminated atmospheres. The position will require the use of PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, and respirators.
