Cox Communications seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the residential customer lifecycle management strategy for the online channel. This role will report to the Director of Digital Sales & Marketing and develop integrated strategies and plans for the online channel, driving customer revenue, retention, and adoption of self-service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic planning for designated digital marketing programs, initiatives, and processes across residential customer lifecycles, including base management, retention, and move/transfer.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, care, and other key stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies and plans for the online channel, ensuring all customer communications drive relevant online experiences.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to drive awareness and adoption of digital self-service tools, reducing operational costs and improving the customer experience.
  • Ensure strategies and plans include thorough customer value propositions, execution across diverse channels, continuous evaluation and reporting requirements, cross-functional input, and participation.
  • Produce and execute effective marketing collateral and programs that adhere to online best practices (UXD, SEO, accessibility, etc.).
  • Analyze program results, making data-based recommendations for program evolution.
  • Develop and maintain a test and learn roadmap for continuous website conversion improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure recommended programs are relevant to local markets and competitive landscapes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing/Sales) with 6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, techniques, and trends, including online merchandising, UX/Design, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and autonomy to drive results.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess basic creative and copywriting skills, analytical mindset, and ability to identify trends/opportunities in reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Digital sales and marketing experience with focus on site and offer merchandising.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, particularly at Cox and within the digital ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Cox residential markets and service marketing.
  • Strong sales stimulation, merchandising, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of modern digital technologies, such as content management systems, targeting, and web analytics platforms.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $117,300 - $195,500 per year, depending on factors such as location and individual qualifications. Additionally, eligible employees may be eligible for an incentive program.
