Job Summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Leader with 10+ years of experience in system and service design, commissioning, and community development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully engaging with communities and stakeholders, designing and implementing effective services, and influencing relationships and partnerships across sectors and organizations.
The Opportunity
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our team in designing and implementing localities that meet the needs of whānau and communities. You'll work closely with our partners to shape system-wide public health services across New Zealand.
About You
You'll be a natural strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll have a strong drive to deliver results and be passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
