Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team at Teslar Software. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in qualifying leads for our sales force and generating new business prospects for our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new sales leads through outbound phone and email efforts
- Research and identify new business opportunities for our software solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institution decision-makers
- Secure appointments for our Account Executives to close deals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals
- High level of software and technical comprehension
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- 1-2 years of banking experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
