Regional Maintenance Manager Job Summary

The Regional Maintenance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a portfolio of multifamily properties. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance budgets, ensuring that all expenses are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with community managers and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular property visits to ensure that maintenance activities are being performed in accordance with company standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as maintenance management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in multifamily maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex maintenance issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
