Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.
  • Route Management: Manage the overall performance of a team of 4-5 routes, including providing hands-on support and accompanying service representatives to customer sites as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and engage with customers to resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Manage a budget, deal with operational issues that affect service, and perform managerial duties as required.
  • Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: An Associate's degree is required, a Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration or Communication.
  • Experience: 5 years of active driving experience, up to 5 years of management experience, and experience in industrial sales or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent business writing skills, presentation and documentation skills, and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting, carrying, and walking products in and out of customer accounts up to 75lbs.
