- Operational Management: Manage a budget, deal with operational issues that affect service, and perform managerial duties as required.
- Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Education: An Associate's degree is required, a Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration or Communication.
- Experience: 5 years of active driving experience, up to 5 years of management experience, and experience in industrial sales or customer service.
- Skills: Excellent business writing skills, presentation and documentation skills, and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Physical Demands: Lifting, carrying, and walking products in and out of customer accounts up to 75lbs.
