Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to onboard new accounts and funds
  • Service day-to-day deposit needs and triage complex deposit, liquidity, and digital channel inquiries
  • Provide ongoing risk monitoring and address operational risk activity
  • Ensure consistent application of Group Policy and regulatory, financial, and legal standards
  • Advocate for client needs with internal stakeholders to ensure products and processes address the needs of founders and investors
Requirements
  • 6-8 years' experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in Relationship Management, Relationship Support, Client Service, Investor Services, and/or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills
