Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Sportsman's Warehouse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end, checkout areas, and cart corrals.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy and adequate change.
  • Perform other tasks as necessary, including assisting in other departments and requesting information or assistance using paging systems.

Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with cashier experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves a variety of physical activities, including talking, hearing, sitting, and standing for extended periods. Visual acuity is required for completing work on a computer, and the ability to stand for extended periods is also necessary.
