Job Overview

TLF Apparel is seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition through email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns and automated flows to engage customers and drive conversions.

  • Develop segment-specific strategies to target different customer groups effectively and create personalized content to drive user engagement and conversion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with the overall marketing strategy and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and channels.

  • Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROAS/ROI, CLV, and revenue forecasts and goals per channel.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email, SMS, and push marketing, and conduct regular audits of marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in email, SMS, and push marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and acquisition.

  • Highly proficient in email marketing and SMS/MMS marketing platforms, including Klavyio and Postscript.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
