About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to join our team at Savage Ventures. As a key member of our Brand Partnerships and Account Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and managing the post-sale fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the post-sale process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Organize inbound deal requests/RFPs and log them in internal systems, such as Asana and Hubspot.
  • Keep internal account leads up to date on active campaigns, providing regular updates and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with partners, communicating effectively to ensure campaign success.
  • Collect and organize periodic campaign reporting, analyzing performance and providing insights for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to execute campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Become well-versed in digital media strategies, developing a confident understanding of the space and its opportunities.
  • Assist with occasional event set-up and planning, showcasing your ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, public relations, partnerships, sponsorships, or related fields.
  • Experience with a digital media agency is a significant advantage.
  • Expert levels of organization, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Canva, Asana, Hubspot, and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and develop new skills quickly.
  • Must be a confident self-starter with an I-can-do-anything mindset.
  • Passion for music, culture, culinary arts, and/or outdoor lifestyle is a significant plus.
  • Located in the greater Nashville area, with a minimum of 3-4 days in-office work.
