Job Title: Engagement Coordinator

At HomeGoods, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As an Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a key role in promoting a highly satisfied customer experience while driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a highly satisfied customer experience through excellent customer service skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Train and mentor frontline associates on policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain cash controls, including change funds
  • Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure optimal coverage
  • Audit and approve paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Monitor and report any safety hazards
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred
  • Available to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to lift heavy merchandise with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Able to train and provide direction to others
  • Able to run a register and handle money
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
