Client Support Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Support Representative to join our team at Recondo Technology, now part of Waystar. As a key member of our Client Management team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor client cases and respond promptly to new issues
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate cases to internal experts for resolution
  • Communicate effectively with clients to request information, provide updates, and close cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year experience in technical support or client management
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Jira and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with healthcare IT standards and patient access management
  • Comprehensive understanding of revenue cycle management systems
  • Java troubleshooting experience and scripting knowledge
