Job Description:
ApTask is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all technical systems and equipment are functioning properly.

You will work closely with our IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide technical guidance and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Configuring and maintaining technical systems and equipment
  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and reporting technical issues and trends

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and will be required to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:
ApTask is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with the following qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
