Job Title: User Support Specialist

At Contact Government Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled User Support Specialist to join our team. As a User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Install and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Move and track IT equipment
  • Administer user accounts and monitor IT systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Experience providing direct end-user support for applications, including telephone support and onsite assistance
  • Certification by software providers may be required for certain applications
  • Prior teaching/training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications
  • Hand-on familiarity with network, telecommunications, and operating systems environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in automated litigation support
  • Experience with DOJ office automation environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Pleasant telephone manners
