Join Ecolab as a **Field Service and Solutions Specialist** in the **Atlanta, GA** area. This role allows you to collaborate with our valued clients in the hospitality and foodservice sectors, offering tailored recommendations through our extensive range of chemical products and services designed to fulfill their specific requirements. You will represent Ecolab, maintaining and servicing laundry and dishwashing equipment, dispensing systems, and other solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on advanced cleaning and sanitation programs that enhance guest satisfaction and foster cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving abilities to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various equipment.
  • Assisting in the installation of new systems and solutions.
  • Communicating our comprehensive value proposition to clients to meet their needs and expand sales within existing accounts.
  • Leveraging technology, including mobile applications, to conduct service visits and propose innovative programs and solutions.
  • Demonstrating safe equipment usage to ensure operational efficiency and proper training for client teams.
  • Providing emergency support to clients as necessary.
  • Managing inventory and equipment to optimize costs.

**Position Details:**

This is a field-based role that may require travel to various locations within the assigned territory. After completing an initial training program, you will be responsible for servicing established clients, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of mechanical service or sales experience.
  • Availability for emergency assistance, which may occur during nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Associate degree.
  • Previous mechanical problem-solving experience in relevant industries.
