Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Design, build, and implement robust Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Procurement.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including Officers, Directors, Managers, or Teams, to understand their integration needs and provide solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay updated with Workday releases and new features to leverage enhancements in integration capabilities.
  • Data Governance: Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions, and design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and web services, and core connectors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations development with strong experience in HCM and Financial Module integration.
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with functional stakeholders, develop Workday integration using technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio, experience with integration technologies including Web Services and APIs, knowledge in Integration security, and demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, and calculated fields as it relates to integrations.
