Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Tasks
  • Submit weekly time sheets for approval by the designated deadline.
  • Complete work acknowledgements and sign off on each job before leaving the site.
  • Update One-Note with daily job photos and maintain proper folder structures and file naming conventions in SharePoint.
  • Ensure all devices are actively synced with SharePoint and maintain accurate expense reports and receipts.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
Field Work
  • Start time is determined by customer needs, with a standard start time of no later than 8:00 AM.
  • Work safely and in compliance with Modigent's safety policies and procedures.
  • Access job information from the Trimble Tablet (T10) and set up total stations for backsight or resection.
  • Establish accurate control and setup on existing control points, with spot checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Complete accurate layouts, with spot checks using drawings and tape measures.
  • Produce detailed as-builts when required and work with the Bimble Office Tech to ensure job data is formatted to meet field engineer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide solutions when layout data is not readily available.
Divisional Support
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Look out for colleagues and be proactive in bringing on new talent and job opportunities.
  • Be vigilant and proactive in resolving complaints and offering practical solutions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field operations, surveying, and data collection, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of Modigent's safety policies and procedures is essential.

Pay Range

$30 - $35 per hour
