Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing and maintaining CT/MR imaging equipment in your designated area.
  • Performing installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems with minimal oversight.
  • Delivering timely and effective repairs while providing comprehensive training to operators to ensure optimal system functionality and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing financial performance within your territory, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
  • Maintaining company assets such as a vehicle, mobile device, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
  • Building and sustaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues while accurately handling administrative tasks.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Proficiency in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • A solid understanding of electrical principles and the use of service tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a technical associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer in the biomedical sector.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform various physical tasks, and work independently in diverse environments.
