Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Oversight: Manage daily business requirements and activities for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Commercial Support: Collaborate with Sales to support account activities, including:

• Creating quote letters and submitting estimate requests.

• Assisting Sales with preliminary pricing and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

• Discovering client needs and opportunities for value creation.

• Managing the billing process and approving final invoices to clients.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage day-to-day communication regarding projects with assigned accounts, including:

• Creating and communicating project schedules.

• Regularly informing clients and the Sales Account Executive of project status and results.

• Recording and managing any alterations or changes needed during the project lifecycle.

  • Production Management: Oversee production efforts from preliminary art to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and maintaining organization and detail.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and share new ideas and processes to improve workflow and enhance customer service outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Perform comprehensive quality control procedures throughout various stages of production (print, proofs, data processing, and editing).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and internal departments to anticipate issues, provide timely solutions, and maintain open lines of communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of equivalent business experience, preferably within the print or adjacent industries.
  • General knowledge of various print production processes (e.g., screen printing, heat transfer, pad printing, digital printing, embroidery, engraving).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and comprehend client needs.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong overall technology skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Openness to new ideas and adaptability to change.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
