Job DescriptionPosition Title: Print Finishing Supervisor

The Print Finishing Supervisor will lead the Print Finishing Team, ensuring that only top-quality products are produced. This role is crucial for maintaining product specifications in quality, safety, team cohesion, and the efficient operation of machinery. Our mission is to bring our clients' labels and packaging to life, providing an unparalleled customer experience that distinguishes them from competitors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading efforts to meet product quality specifications
  • Training team members and overseeing the meticulous inspection of finished labels for any errors or defects
  • Identifying opportunities for Lean improvements and guiding modifications
  • Supervising and executing tasks based on the finishing specification sheet and priorities set by the Finishing Supervisor
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation for assigned finishing activities
  • Fostering a robust safety culture focused on accountability, engagement, and recognition

Shifts Available:

X1 - (Monday-Wednesday) 9:00am-9:15pm

X1 - (Thursday-Saturday) 5:00am-5:15pm

X1 - (Wednesday-Friday) 5:00pm-5:15am

Qualifications:

(Required)

  • High School Diploma/GED or Vocational/Technical Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in printing
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience

(Preferred)

  • Experience in the Flexographic Print Industry
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement practices, ISO quality systems, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Position Type: This is a permanent role.
