Position Overview | Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter
  • Evaluating incoming driver applications within a call center setting.
  • Guiding qualified candidates through the application process.
  • Coordinating orientation schedules for drivers and arranging travel logistics.
  • Collaborating proactively with senior management to formulate strategies, including developing a talent pipeline for both dedicated and OTR fleets.
Candidate Profile | Ideal Qualifications
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to meet weekly staffing objectives with resilience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Position Details | Work Schedule, Compensation, and Location
  • This is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday through Friday during daytime hours, plus one Saturday each month.
  • Annual compensation typically ranges from $45,000 to $50,000.
  • TransAm operates from a central location in the Kansas City metropolitan area, a hub for national transportation.
