Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Northern New Jersey. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory business plans that drive sales growth and achieve sales goals. You will work closely with our field-based employees to promote our products to dermatologists and other healthcare professionals in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build strong relationships with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals in your territory
  • Utilize sales reports and forecasts to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Implement and execute key marketing strategies to promote our products
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Travel overnight as needed to attend corporate and medical conventions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university
  • College GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum three years of outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and sales tracking and reporting software
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outside sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
  • Minimum two years of consistent, documented high-level sales performance
  • Recent working relationships with local dermatologists
  • Bilingual
