Job Summary

The Senior Manager serves as a key advisor and business partner to the organization, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role focuses on Sales and Variable Compensation strategy, developing financial and operational objectives to drive business behavior and achieve Operating Plan goals.

Core Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and internal teams to optimize Sales and Variable Compensation plans, connecting company strategy to business objectives.
  • Analyze Sales and Variable Compensation aspects, providing recommendations for improvement and creating productivity KPIs.
  • Manage the business planning cycle for Sales and Variable Compensation, directing forecast and budget preparation, and articulating timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to set annual strategic direction, presenting opportunities and recommendations to executive leaders.
  • Influence business and financial performance, identifying risk and collaborating on mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Finance department policies and procedures, training and developing Sales and Variable Compensation staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of relative work experience.
