Position Summary
Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is in search of a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Americas Region.

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned financial leader to direct our financial strategy and operations within the Americas.

This position is vital for supporting our organizational objectives, safeguarding financial stability, and boosting profitability throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute the financial strategy for the region in alignment with the company's overarching financial objectives.
  • Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis within the region.
  • Manage financial risks, supervise regional financial reporting, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and foster business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing finance team across multiple countries in the region.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and seize financial opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and controls.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of financial experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar senior financial management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial leadership across multi-country regions, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proven history of managing financial complexities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and shifting priorities while working efficiently with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong capability to influence peers, build solid relationships, and manage across a geographically dispersed organization.

Work Environment
This role is based in an office setting, utilizing standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and telephones. Regular communication and frequent standing, walking, and use of office equipment are integral to the job.
Vision Requirements
Necessary for document review and computer use, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Speech/Hearing Requirements
Sufficient for in-person and telephone communication.
Manual Dexterity Requirements
Frequent use of hands for typing and writing is required, along with reaching.
Mobility Requirements
Adequate for navigating medium to large office spaces.
Lifting Requirements
Occasional lifting/moving of up to 10 pounds may be necessary.
